A relaxed mind is a relaxed body
When we experience stress mentally or physically, our bodies will adapt to carry us the best they can. Sometimes this can look like tension as our muscles try to protect us from further discomfort. Because of this, the focus for each session is to help the nervous system relax into a rest and digest state. This helps the muscles let down their guard to receive beneficial care without the need for deep digging that causes next-day pain.
